Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by email at least 72 hrs before your order is due to be dispatched. This is due to the booking requirements of the logistics chains that we use to deliver your product. Late cancellations may result in inadvertently shipping your order. If such a situation occurs you will be responsible for the entire cost of the order including product and shipping. 

Refunds 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. This is because perishable items cannot be sent back to us and still maintain food safety requirements. We cannot provide a refund for change of mind. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

A refund or credit may be applied if there is a major problem with your item. This may include items that are unsafe to consume or is significantly different from the description. 

To start a cancellation or refund request you can contact us at info@epicchickenco.com.au. If your cancellation or refund is accepted, we’ll refund the agreed price back onto your original method of payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a cancellation or refund within appropriate time periods will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must occur within 24hrs of receipt.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve reached an outcome of your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
